Some time ago I noticed that specific address searrches were turning up a lot of good results that told a lot about that building and block's reputation. Anything Tim Brophy has ever owned, for example. 

There is also stuff like this too: public comment and exposed city data about a property that's getting complaints. 

While useful for apartment and house hunters, new owners are going to inherit the old reputation. Managing property reputation that online is going to be increasingly important over time, I think.
