No dirty landlords or illegal tenant activity to speak of near UWM, try inner city

    News - News

DIRTY LANDLORDS AND ILLEGAL TENANT ACTIVITY = THE INNER CITY, NOT NEXT TO UWM.

From an anonymous flier addressed to college students circulated in campus areas warning about a possible landlord licensing program annd the threat of socialism and lost liberties it will represent. (No such program exists or has been formally proposed.)

This flier was made available as a digital document on at least two websites by Tristan Pettit, the current president of the Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin (AASEW), and Tim Ballering, a former president and a current board member of the AASEW. Ballering's name is digitally embedded in the document as its creator.

    What is their problem?!
