New Annual UWM Landlord Training Program

Karin Long, coordinator for the City of Milwaukee's nationally recognized Landlord Training Program and Keri L. Duce, UW-Milwaukee Neighborhood Housing Office and COAST Program Coordinator, have brought together a dynamic group of experts to address the specific, unique business of providing housing for students. These experts will come together to address this particular population using acceptable professional property management practices.
