To help provide quality landlords to students, the UWM Neighborhood Housing Office requires all landlords who own more than four (4) rental units to attend the Department of Neighborhood Services' Landlord Training Program, or a training class of an equivalent nature. You will be required to submit a certificate of completion of this training course before your landlord registration will process. If you have less than five (5) rental units please fill out the Landlord Training Opt-Out Form and return it to the Neighborhood Housing Office for consideration.

This FREE course is FUN, super-informative, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You will get free materials, including the Milwaukee landlord BIBLE AKA the LTP manual.
